A Former Prosecutor, Now a Successful Defense Attorney
After obtaining his law degree, Michael J. Holmes worked as a Deputy District Attorney. While there, he prosecuted people in all types of criminal matters, ranging from misdemeanor DUI to serious felony offenses.
Most importantly, while in that role he learned how prosecutors prepare their cases and make their decisions about when to go to trial, when to bargain and when to agree to a dismissal of charges. Mr. Holmes now employs this knowledge in the defense of our clients' rights and freedom.
