After serving in the United States Army, our firm's founder, Michael J. Holmes, served as a prosecutor for a number of years. In that role, he successfully prosecuted numerous people accused of all types of crimes. He also learned how prosecutors analyze the factual and legal issues in their cases prior to trial.
